Carroll, I wanted to take a few moments to recognize Jeremy. He is outstanding!!! Although, he is consistently professional, courteous & delightful each week, he's just been phenomenal this week. As you may or may not know, we had a fire occur at our property this week. Because of this, we've had to turn units within a day, in order to transfer residents, However, we have minor pest issues in these units & the residents have requested additional services, before they will move in. I have requested Jeremy to come back 2 times, since his regular visit. Action technicians have always given me tremendous service & response in the past but Jeremy has had to manage extreme challenges since we've switched back to Action last year. He has taken this opportunity to deal with the situations & residents we have here with a positive attitude. I have to commend you Carroll for hiring the RIGHT people. I have found your employees to be knowledgeable, responsive & enjoyable. However, through my experience with Jeremy, I have found myself wishing that every vendor walked in my doors with the same attitude, work ethic & professionalism. Have a great day!
